Tom has a stellar background in medical device marketing, having spent nearly 25 years at Medtronic, most recently as Director of Marketing where he led the marketing activities of the CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) Management business unit.

Previously Tom served as Senior Product Manager, Critical Care, Neuroendoscopy & Cranial Repair, in the Medtronic Neurosurgery division.

In his spare time, this proud graduate of Minnesota’s St. Cloud State University is passionate about the arts, with a particular focus on photography and a website showcasing his work (www.tomposs.com).
